		<description>I use this technique periodically. I have some food allergies, unfortunately to foods I love. When I break down and have them, I get very ill. I've had to learn to remind myself how bad I felt the last time and ask, "Do I really want to go through that again?" It works in various other areas of life, too, of course.</description>
