		<description>Hi Kal,

I liked this article by Judith Orloff for that very reason. It tells us to do something counter-intuitive, that is to learn from energy rather than protect against it. I've heard time and again from the masters that the best way to deal with energy (and emotions) is to let it move through you and release it rather than fight against it.

Hope that helps.

		<description>Good day Priya,

I came across your blog through a rather long chain which started at your fb page. I was curious to read the para "Practice Vulnerability". A very interesting notion and one which I have come across before. I have explored the energy world for many years and my "current" conclusion would be that the underlying thought that one has when practicing vulnerability is that "this" way of being/thinking will protect me. This informs our energetic self and thus we, indeed are protecting.

In essence my conclusions (thus far) have led me to understand that our belief that what we are doing will protect us "energetically" is what protects us. Thus, both, creating a barrier to energies and practicing vulnerability with an intention to be immune or protected from negative energies will both help to achive that protection.

As an aside, one does not practice vulnerability with a mindset that "this" will make me catch or "get" the negatives of what I am working with, does one?

Much love, and lovely work you are doing,
