About
I started this blog a year after my sweetheart of 18 years passed away in June 2005. Back then, I thought I would never find the kind of love I shared with him.
I’m now re-married to a man I love very much and am very content with my life as a mother, wife and career woman. Soul Kadee reflects on all the inner work I did while I was grieving, the phases I went through and the spiritual path I’ve chosen.
Why Soul Kadee? Well as any good Goan (or person hailing from the coastal regions of Western India) knows, Sol Kadi, pepared from kokum and coconut milk, is very much a part of meals in most Goan and Konkan homes. It is an effective appetizer just before meals and during meals, or even as a digestive after meals.
Soul Kadee is here to whet your appetite for life and give you something to ruminate on.
