About
After my sweetheart of 18 years passed away in June 2005, I thought I would never find the kind of love I shared with him.
Almost a year later, I’m still single, but very content. I moved through my grief and loss, did a lot of inner work and found my spiritual voice. So I started Soul Kadee, where I carried over some of my favourite posts from an earlier blog.
Why Soul Kadee? Well as any good Goan (or person hailing from the coastal regions of Western India) knows, Sol Kadi, pepared from kokum and coconut milk, is very much a part of meals in most Goan and Konkan homes. It is an effective appetizer just before meals and during meals, or even as a digestive after meals.
Soul Kadee is here to whet your appetite for life and give you something to ruminate on.
